No guarantee of recovery.

A surplus funds claim depends on public records, state law, lien priority, court procedure, deadlines, and case-specific facts. Submitting a form does not guarantee that funds exist, that you are eligible, or that a recovery will be approved.

No upfront cost.

Patriot Pathway works on a contingency basis. Any fee is disclosed in writing before a claimant signs an agreement and is paid only from recovered funds when a claim is successful.
